For Job Seekers

• JobsWind does not charge job seekers any fee for CV submission or basic registration.
• Submitting a CV does not guarantee an interview, offer, or placement — see live openings on our Browse Jobs page.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you provide.
• Final visa, travel, and legal compliance requirements for overseas employment are your responsibility, in coordination with the employer and relevant authorities.

For Employers

• Submitting a manpower enquiry is the start of a conversation, not a binding engagement.
• Any commercial recruitment or manpower-supply engagement is governed by a separate signed agreement between JobsWind and the employer.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, and the JobsWind name and logo — is the property of JobsWind Pvt Ltd unless otherwise credited, and may not be reproduced without permission.
